Ingo Forkel received the diploma (master) degree in electrical
engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany, in 1999 (Abstract of the diploma thesis). Since 1999,
he has been with the Chair of Communication Networks, RWTH Aachen,
where he is involved in the development and simulation of fixed and
mobile communication systems. His research interest is mainly in the
area of radio resource management algorithms and adaptive link control
for TD/FDMA and CDMA systems (UMTS, HiperMAN).
