Time Schedule
 Presentation dates and times: Sept. 30 to Oct. 1 (max. 2 days)
 Establishment of equipment: Sept. 29, 1997
 Exhibitors will be asked to contract an insurance for their equipment
Fees fo exibition
 No fees will be charged to scientific exhibitors. ´
 Non scientific exhibitors will be charged around 3000,- DM per exhibition stand.
 For leaflet insertion or distribution of other items please contact the below given address.
Registration for exibition Please fill out the form for exhibitors and the form for conference registration and send them by mail to the address given below by August 29.
Payment Methods and Fee
Payments may be made by credit card (Eurocard, American Express, VISA) or cheques. Cheques must be drawn on Germany based banks, otherwise a bank fee of DM 40.- must be added.
In case of credit card payments please make sure to include expiration date and signature on the registration form in addition to card type and card-no.
No confirmation of registration will be returned until payment has been received by VDE.

signed, to the conference registration form.
Cancellation In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received before August 29, 1997, full refund of the registration fee will be made. However a handling charge of DM 100.- will be deducted. If no notice of cancellation is received or cancellation is made after August 29, 1997 no refund can be made. No refunds can be made in respect of the charges for social events.
