GOOSE

GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Simulation Environment) is the name of the tool that I am using and further developing in order to simulate CDMA2000 systems.

This software is developed in C++ and has been developed by a group of researchers at ComNets. It has been further developed year after year. In its origin it was a GSM simulator.

My work in the GOOSE has been the implementation of the standardisation of the CDMA2000 systems in order to evaluate their performance (system level simulations). I have developed different classes for the simulation of the physical layer and I have optimised some of the existent classes.

At the left, you can see some screenshots of a Mannhattan Scenario simulated on the GOOSE.
