Game-theoretical methods for the organization of the coexistence of WLAN systems
INTRODUCTION
Game-theoretical methods are developed and the results evaluated with the goal that the respective wireless systems operating in the same spectrum behave in such a way as a fair coexistence requires. We have a tool SAMO suitable for the investigation of the spectrum compatibility which permits to evaluate the fairness between systems with Monte Carlo simulation methods.
In addition, a simulator MADCAT suitable for stochastic simulative investigation of large scale homogeneous and different competitive systems is to be developed and to determine the traffic performance parameter (throughput, delay, etc..) quantitatively.
