Karsten Klagges is involved in the development, simulation and evaluation of fixed and mobile communication systems. His research interest is mainly in the area of relay enhanced wireless metropolitan area communication systems.Some of his topics are:
- Relay deployment schemes
- Radio resource management in relay enhanced wireless networks
- MAC protocol design for relay enhanced wireless networks

Curriculum Vitae
Karsten Klagges received the diploma (master) degree in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany, in 2006. Since July 2006, he has been with the Chair of Communication Networks, RWTH Aachen. Before, he passed an internship at the Panasonic Research and Development Center in Langen, Germany.
