Abstract DSRC based electronic toll collection systems are introduced all over the world. Before investing in the installation, the operator has to assess the system functionality, quality, and reliability. The same assessment has to be done by the manufacturers during the product development phase. This paper presents our well-tried approach of testing and evaluating DSRC systems.
